It is not surprising to us that the current owner of this beautiful 1978 Cadillac Eldorado Custom Biarritz Classic decided to buy it brand new in 1978, nor is it surprising that he has always treated it as a special occasions car! What a beauty! This luxurious boat has been driven only 18,688 miles in the last 42 years, and this is obvious within the first 60 seconds behind the wheel! If you've never driven one of these, I would recommend trying to make that happen.
The ride is absolutely smooth, straight, soft, quiet, effortless, and so much more.
In this car, you get the feeling that you are driving it home from the showroom.
And the seats? Well, I bet by looking at them you can tell that they literally envelop you.
You would be hard-pressed to find a couch in any furniture store as comfortable as these seats.
They show very little wear, as does the rest of the interior.
This particular car has the astroroof, which makes this one of 475 produced and also makes it even neater to drive.

engine and automatic transmission are original to the car, and have never needed rebuilding.
The paint and interior in the two-tone Arizona Beige and Demitasse Brown are completely original.
The paint is in very nice condition, but is not perfect.
Please look at all of the photos, as we tried to represent it properly.
The chrome is in excellent condition, but could use a good polishing.
The fillers are all pretty darn nice except for the driver's side rear.
The low mileage of this car is evident when looking underneath this car, as it is solid and clean, thanks in part to the original rust proofing.
The original owner has not driven this car very much in the last few years and now feels like it is time for it to go to a new home.
When we consigned the vehicle, we tested everything except the air conditioning and everything worked perfectly.
The seller reports that it has always had its routine maintenance and has no current mechanical needs.
Within the last few months it has received a new battery and fresh oil change.
This car will definitely need a new set of tires, as we suspect these are probably 40 years old.
